Campaign Management 

 

• Open your old campaigns

Soriano Mailing automatically manages all your campaigns in form of icon. In a few seconds find your campaigns created previously.

Without open the document you can find the statistics of your campaigns. 

• Create a new campaign empty / a from an old campaign.

Create a new campaign virgin, or from an old campaign to create previously for recover the structure of the campaign : the message and your contacts.

• Word processing.

You do not know the language web (HTML), Write your message through our assistants to insert all kinds of elements (LienHypertext, Image, Table, etc. ...) 

• Unlimited addition of attachments.

Add as many attachments as you wish. If you delete an attachment to your computer, added before in your campaign, Soriano Mailing warns that it is no longer at the location indicated. 

• Define the properties of your campaign (Priority of the message, Format of the message, etc…).

It is also from this page you define the priority of your campaign, the encoding, object ...

Managing contacts

 

• Add as much contact than wish it to you.

  The number is not limited. Soriano mailing manages eMails double for you. 

• Export your contacts in order to carry out backup copies.

  Export your contacts for use in another campaign or transfer them to a computer network or via removable media.
  
  To create a new campaign and recover contacts in a campaign created earlier, see the presentation "Campaign Management". 

• Is this email was sent? I do not know ...

  Soriano Mailing manages shipments campaigns by contact. This allows, for example, see if you sent or not the campaign No. 5 to such contact.
  
  If you had stopped sending, Soriano Mailing resume where you left off, thus avoiding sending 2 or 3 times the same email the same contact. 

Extract of eMail

 

• Recover all the eMails in a text or import a files text.

Your contacts are stored in text file ? Soriano Mailing the extract for you, eliminates duplication, which are likely to find in this one. 

• Then export these emails in your contacts and Soriano Mailing 2009 removing the doubles at your place.

Once extracts the emails, contacts are placed in a temporary table. Click on "add to my contacts ....". Soriano Mailing, add these emails to your contacts by checking if it does not already present.

Summary & Statistics

 

• Calculation the number of characters (number of lines, number of alphanumerics character, etc…).
